I am now requiring a 48 hour notice for canceling appointments. No-show clients will be charged 100% of the services booked. Cancellations within the 48-hour window prior to your appointment will be charged 50% of the service cost and 100% within 24-hours of your appointment. I run my schedule very tightly, so if you are more than 10 minutes late to your haircut appointment, you will forgo your service time and will be charged for 100% of your service cost. Please understand that I have not put these policies in place to cause any inconvenience. I make it a priority to be as punctual as possible for my clients, as they have booked a service time that works best for them.
